Support that already knows
what your customer ordered.
Messages become tickets in the admin you already have open — with the order, the tracking number, and how long they've been waiting, right beside the conversation.
Free for your first 50 tickets a month · No card to start
The problem
Answering “where is my order?”
shouldn't take four tabs.
The question is in Gmail. The order is in Shopify. The tracking number is somewhere else. You hold all three in your head while you type.
Nothing knows what's handled
Two people answer the same customer. Something sits for two days because no inbox marks it urgent.
Context lives elsewhere
Every reply starts with a lookup. Order number, then status, then tracking, then back to the message.
Billed for bad months
Volume pricing charges most when a shipment is delayed and everyone writes in at once.
The solution
Meet HelpHQ
A shared inbox that lives where your orders already are. Customers write in, you answer, and their reply comes back to the same ticket instead of your personal email.
Contact forms, two-way email, order context, internal notes, activity history, and Slack notifications. Flat monthly price, no per-ticket fees.
Features
Everything you need to
answer a customer once
Order context
Status, tracking, line items and lifetime spend, pulled from Shopify and shown beside the conversation. The answer to “where is my order” is already on screen when you open the ticket.
- ✓Fulfilment and payment status at a glance
- ✓Tracking number with a carrier link
- ✓Every line item with what was actually charged
- ✓Repeat customers flagged automatically
The inbox
Sorted by who's actually waiting
Not by what arrived last. A ticket waiting six hours sits above one that came in five minutes ago.
Insights
The numbers that
change what you do next
Median and worst first-response time, who answered what, tickets reopened after resolving, and what people keep writing in about.
No average response time and no invented ROI figure. The first hides your worst cases; the second is arithmetic on an assumption.
Pricing
One price. No surprises.
No per-ticket fees, no per-seat charges, and no bill that grows in the month you can least afford it.

FAQ
Questions
Do I need to leave Shopify to use it?+
No. HelpHQ runs inside your Shopify admin, in the sidebar next to Orders and Products. There is no second application to log into and no separate password.
What happens when a customer replies to my email?+
It comes back into the same ticket and reopens it. You see their reply in the thread rather than in your personal inbox, so the whole conversation stays in one place.
Can my whole team use it?+
Yes. Anyone with access to your Shopify admin can answer tickets, at no extra cost per person. Every reply and status change is attributed to whoever made it.
Will it charge me more if I get busy?+
No. There are no per-ticket fees and no overage charges on any plan. A month where a shipment goes wrong and everyone writes in costs exactly what a quiet month costs.
What happens if I go over 50 tickets on the free plan?+
Nothing breaks. We keep accepting tickets and let you know you have gone over, so your customers are never turned away because of a billing limit. You can upgrade whenever it suits you.
What about orders older than 60 days?+
Shopify restricts app access to recent orders by default. HelpHQ requests extended access so that older orders still appear when a customer writes in about one.
